You should read and comply with the Formatting Instructions and the Example Abstract before you submit. Failure to comply with these instructions may lead to your abstract being rejected.
You must complete all fields in Step 1 and Step 2.
The 'Presenting Author' is also assumed to be the author for correspondence.
To add Additional Authors, complete all fields in Step 3, click 'Add Author', and then repeat until all your authors are entered. Then click 'Continue'.
You must review and confirm your abstract details before submitting them (Step 4). MAKE SURE you click the 'Confirm and submit' button to finish the submission.
If you miss out any required details the system will warn you and ask you to complete them.
After submission you will see an acknowledgement that will include an Abstract Reference. For example: AQC2016-WortW01234. You should use your Abstract Reference in all future correspondence.
The acknowledgement will also be sent by email to the Presenting Author.
